Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made 90 days or more before the start date will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
2. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the start date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total package cost.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
3. Changes and Modifications
- Any changes to the booking (such as date changes or participant changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- All change requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
4. Health and Fitness
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the wellness and fitness activities included in the package.
- It is recommended that participants consult with their healthcare provider before the trip.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or allergies at the time of booking.
5. Liability Waiver
- Participants acknowledge that wellness and fitness activities carry inherent risks. By booking, participants agree to release Royal Wellness 3 its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the trip.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to have adequate travel insurance.
6. Itinerary and Activities
- The itinerary and activities are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Royal Wellness 3 reserves the right to substitute alternative activities or accommodations of a similar standard.
7. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and the local community.
- Royal Wellness 3 reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner without refund.
Alcohol & Conduct Policy – Royal Wellness is committed to maintaining a respectful and balanced environment for all participants. Excessive alcohol consumption or any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Alcohol is strictly prohibited before or during meditation and healing sessions and or group workshops to uphold the integrity of these practices. Participants who fail to adhere to these guidelines may be asked to leave the retreat. In such cases, they will be solely responsible for their departure and any associated costs.
Additionally, participants involved in conflicts with their roommates must either reconcile or make alternative arrangements at their own expense. Anyone causing disruption may also be held accountable and required to leave at their own cost. Royal Wellness 3 reserves the right to enforce these policies as necessary to ensure a positive retreat experience for all attendees.
8. Photography and Media
- Royal Wellness 3 reserves the right to take photographs and video recordings during the trip for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing before the start of the trip.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario Canada
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario Canada
